I do, I try to keep my supplement stack basic and don’t take “more than I have to” but optimize for health benefits. I just restocked on my supplements and I take these daily: - probiotics - vitamin d - omega3 DHA fish oil - magnesium l theanine before bedtime I try to take collagen powder daily I do have upcoming travels and want to boost my immune system & support my thyroid so I got: - selenium for thyroid support - curcumin for immunity support I do have activated charcoal at hand and take it after heavier meals, when traveling to help with digestion and detox my organism

I'm currently especially focused on bone supplements since my body had to basically rebuild half my knee-joint recently. those have the benefits of also being good for a lot of other functions. Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, B12, D, and K at the moment.

Buonasera 🇮🇹☕ Yes, my Mrs and I have been, for about a year now. She found some made of natural, fruit and veggies extracts. We take them in pills (lazy us), that have the dried "powder" in them. We feel great, and combine it with moving and eating reasonably. Is Multi-Vitamin, and also an Omega combo.

- Vitamin D, at least 2000 IU but up to 5000 in the winter. (How much do you take?) - Vitamin K2, which can get imbalanced with Vitamin D supplements. - Fish oil (also contains D and Magnesium, other goodies) - Occasional Magnesium on the evenings - Occasional multivitamin just in case to reset, but not consistently

Weirdly I’d most regularly used turmeric. Little left over from my powerlifting days

I take magnesium (prevent migraines), vitamine d (from October to April - lack of sun in Germany), vitamine b12 (I eat plant base). I also take probiotics for a couple of months and then have a break. Vitamine C, I take only when it is needed - like cold symptoms. Turmeric I also only take when it is need - some pain or inflammation. I don’t like to take so many things at once. So I try to only take when it is necessary.
