do you take vitamins? i try to get my vitamins from whole foods as much as i can but my current supplement rotation is: - magnesium (sleep) - vitamin d (live in the uk and get little sun) - vitamin c (immune system) - omega 3 (brain function) - probiotic drink (gut health) - turmeric (for joints) wby?

multivitamin, b complex, d3, fish oil. if i remember to, i'll take magnesium at night

nice! 👏🏾 taking magnesium has helped my sleep so much, why do you take b complex, do you find that it help your energy levels?
