creators are builders too and a lot of work goes into my videos! i'm really proud of the changes i've made this week batch filming the content has allowed me to edit the videos to a better standard as i am no longer rushing to post it straight after working out i switched to capcut on the desktop rather than mobile so i can have more control before starting the edit i researched other fitness videos to understand the formatting i've changed the aspect ratio to 4:3 instead of square and got rid of the purple borders and other random things so its less distracting and clean and also can be played full screen for people using their laptops i am loving the process of learning and i want to keep improving! my next steps would be to create a longer videos with a voice overs for my future hypersub , and adding exercise modifications so people have options depending on their level is there anything else you would like to see in my videos?

gentle on the joints but intense in effect! today’s warpcast workout has NO jumping/ squats but you’ll still feel the burn! 💥 low impact cardio 💥 1. high knee marches 2. single single double double 3. overhead stepbacks 4. bear marches ( not to be confused with bear market ) 5. shoulder press 30 seconds each 2/3 rounds with a 2 minute break in-between! as always let me know how you find it and if you have any questions! 🎵 Chunky - Format:B how are you moving your body today?

im going to change things… i film a new workout every single morning the weather is getting pretty bad now that summer is over usually when the weather is bad i film at the gym ( which is often packed as the weather is bad lol ) this is making it harder to actually film daily and also just isn’t sustainable so… i have booked a studio space and will batch film workouts each week starting from tonight this gives me more time to film, edit and research and also the quality should be better too! i will still post a workout today but it will be later on and look a lil different! i hope this is okay ☺️

thanks @heavygweit for this question! i’ve been thinking about creating a hypersub once i get my personal training qualification… what type of things would you like to see offered? im thinking virtual training sessions airdropped workouts longer detailed videos Q and A interviews with athletes across sports (my bro is a pro soccer player he could hook me up) any other ideas?? + people who hold a specific amount of my fantoken will also be able to access this too

sitting for long periods can cause back pain and poor posture here are 4 posture improving stretches to try! 1. shoulder rolls 2. hand behind head rotation 3. heart opener 4. hip bridges do each one for 30 seconds each have a restful sunday! ☺️
