do you take vitamins? i try to get my vitamins from whole foods as much as i can but my current supplement rotation is: - magnesium (sleep) - vitamin d (live in the uk and get little sun) - vitamin c (immune system) - omega 3 (brain function) - probiotic drink (gut health) - turmeric (for joints) wby?

i need to get on my health kick again but I highly rate all of these^ any thoughts on nootropics ?

they deffo make a difference after taking for a while! annoyingly i am limited in what supplements i can take as an athlete as they have to be batch tested to avoid contamination from banned substances, I’ve heard good things about lions mane tho but cant talk from experience
