I'm currently especially focused on bone supplements since my body had to basically rebuild half my knee-joint recently. those have the benefits of also being good for a lot of other functions. Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, B12, D, and K at the moment.

Add boron and silica to the stack… And make sure it’s K2. + collagen in the diet. Good luck rebuilding.
