do you take vitamins? i try to get my vitamins from whole foods as much as i can but my current supplement rotation is: - magnesium (sleep) - vitamin d (live in the uk and get little sun) - vitamin c (immune system) - omega 3 (brain function) - probiotic drink (gut health) - turmeric (for joints) wby?

Magnesium is magic for sleep. Vitamins make me gag. I buy them w the best intentions but they always expire 🤣

facts!! omg i find taking all pills so hard i need there to be total silence??? and it takes a good 30 seconds per pill ahaha
