I started my Friday with a run. It was a bit longer (3,76km) and maybe a bit faster. It wasn’t much a difference. Even though the heart rate is still too high, it felt better. And that’s the most important thing for me. I tried to pause the watch for crossing a road and ended up stopping it. So my run was broken in two. 🙈

Just finished my working day with a power yoga class. To be honest it wasn’t super hard. The Ashtanga that I usually practice is harder. Tomorrow I’ll go back to running.

Today, on my way to the office, I grabbed a to-go oat cappuccino so you don’t have to listen to me complain about how bad the coffee at the office is. The latte art, however, looks like an atomic explosion. 🍄 And I also touched the grass. Have a good day, everyone! And if you can, do something small that brings you joy.
