Very helpful AMA, Kudos to you! People are migrating AI from Crypto, so companies feel there is a shortage of qualified talent. I've 2 skills I'm good in without effort : - piss off people 😅 - detect exceptional skills/interests I'm in tech, only used skill 2 in pro context, but I find some employees are underrated while they would excel if provided the right context.
