Second one was a PM, since the ceo wanted an ex healthcare worker but sr PM. I did find someone though, and they were awesome. It’s usually founder requirements that make it difficult, not the candidates.

Jr frontend eng - ppl who are more jr in their careers don’t have interviewing etiquette (showing up on time, responding to emails in a timely manner etc.) - got a lot of BS applications that were trying to scam or working for an agency - talent bar is low but entitlement is high
