Very helpful AMA, Kudos to you! People are migrating AI from Crypto, so companies feel there is a shortage of qualified talent. In this situation, what efforts should be made to hire senior engineers? Are there good methods like sourcing on LinkedIn and Indeed, or other techniques to create a pool of suitable leads?
