Can you recommend a good quality frying pan? ๐Ÿ™ I'm really tired of the ones that get destroyed after a couple of months

Would recommend a stainless steel from Made In or Tramontina as a daily driver (things won't stick as long as you preheat it) and also a carbon steel (my preference) or cast iron for high heat cooking cc @linda https://warpcast.com/zinger/0x4b38d883

been exactly there. check "made-in" from Sweden, not cheap, but best reviews. New pan, to early to tell, but high confidence this is long value.

we basically only use my wifeโ€™s grandmothers handed down cast iron, and stainless steel. Non stick pan coatings leach harmful chemicals

If youโ€™re up for a bit of a learning curve, a stainless steel one is almost indestructible. We bought one from Borough Kitchen and worth every penny. My fav tip is to use a thermometer to check when it reached 96 degrees.

For non stick, get hard-anodized. cast iron is best if you are an Olympic weightlifter. In other case go for stainless steel but cooking well with them requires much skill.

Cast iron pans are definitely the best. AS for the non-stick pans, not supposed to use metal or anything too abrasive as it chips the non stick material....Which is actually very bad for our health.

love my all-clad stainless steel. once I learned how to pre heat with oil I never went back, itโ€™s even more non-stick, better heat control, and so easy to clean I snagged a deal on a copper core one but really all are solid

Iโ€™ve really fallen in love with Lakeland pots and pansโ€”theyโ€™re my favourites! You can get them on the official website or on Amazon. Hereโ€™s a link to the 24cm frying pan I use: Amazon link https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07MWB5YVD?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title, official website link https://www.lakeland.co.uk/26187/lakeland-5-ply-stainless-steel-24cm-frying-pan
