Can you recommend a good quality frying pan? π I'm really tired of the ones that get destroyed after a couple of months

If youβre up for a bit of a learning curve, a stainless steel one is almost indestructible. We bought one from Borough Kitchen and worth every penny. My fav tip is to use a thermometer to check when it reached 96 degrees.
