one of the key factors for the success of every consumer app is support at @bolide we try to respond super quickly and help our users as soon as we can 24/7 but I feel we can do more I don’t understand how some apps, especially ones affiliated with money, only respond on weekdays from 9 to 6 – what?!?! Pls tell me which apps provided you the best support experience that we can learn from the best 🙏🙏

this week at @bolide we shipped: - launched the second round of the referral program with updates to the abuse prevention system - worked on ‘import custom tokens’ feature - integrated blockscount as a second provider of onchain balances in order to significantly decrease payments for debank onchain data - configured the environment for the admin panel of bolide, added oauth authorization - investigated a crash issue in the privy ios sdk together with the privy team - worked on the ‘top-up’ page for the web version - created UI for easier modifications on listing/editing/deleting token
