I don't see this talked about much, it's not specific to crypto. I've had 2 stalkers in my life and it was scary. First was a long time ago and the school got involved to transfer them out. best part about working for @dwr.eth is he generally leaves me alone and lets me do my thing unless i need him to unblock me. daily team standups + weekly company meetings keep me aligned on top priorities. personal preference for no regular 1:1s. high trust management made founder -> employee transition easy for me
