I love taking fitness classes each place I'm traveling to. Keeps up a healthy routine but also fun learning the culture. Past 3 weeks of Pilates: Taipei very strict on form, Bangkok pushed me on strength, Seoul I got a cute sticker in the middle of class for doing a good job ☺️

In the future, many crypto communities will have their own AI agent w/ a directive of growing the ecosystem. They'll have a budget allocated to their wallet to post bounties & send payments autonomously. Working on making this easy for agents by just tagging our Bountycaster bot

Feature request: still show frames to users not signed in or without Farcaster accounts. Feels like a missed opportunity to showcase what frames look like and can do For example, I had shared /fc-marketplace on Twitter and this is what it looks like not signed in. Normally it's a image of the item being sold cc @dwr.eth @v

We’re focusing our attention on bounties & jobs at Bountycaster which means pausing other categories (services, talent, for sale). As much as we love the "crypto craigslist" narrative, 90%+ users/attention is on bounties & jobs. Might add back later but need to focus for now 🙏

Sharing a bit on how we're thinking about product decisions at Bountycaster We've been fortunate to have an early set of a few thousand users entirely through Farcaster but now we need to grow that significantly in order to be sustainable as a bootstrapped company We have many feature requests from users that we'd love to build but focus now is on how we can expand our user base. Given we're a 2 person team we need to be ruthless about prioritization which right now is 1) expanding # of total potential users with Twitter integration 2) leaning into AI agents since we feel strongly that's where things are headed and they will likely become some of our power users + help users/communities manage bounties at scale

Current top priorities for Bountycaster 1. wrap up basic Twitter bot functions (pull in replies on site, bounty expiration notification) 2. build our own AI agent on Farcaster so we can refine logic for posting & managing bounties then share that with others building agents

Our Bountycaster bot works through natural language processing on social platforms (Farcaster and Twitter/X). That means any user or AI agent can interact with it just by text alone, no need to develop and maintain an API in order have AI agents post a bounty

Went through this YC checklist for Bountycaster: - MVP launched in 1 month - Farcaster users want bounties. Still exploring other categories & Twitter - doing things that don't scale (e.g. fulfilling bounties ourselves to help meet demand) - *need to be better about 90/10 solution, maybe stretched too thin on categories outside of bounties, need to be decisive if too early/distracting* - found early customers who love our product - feels Bountycaster is put together with duct tape all the time with just the 2 of us - @pirosb3 ships output of 2-3 engineers with AI, talk to users constantly thanks to Farcaster - haven't raised yet, deep sense of responsibility if we take capital - feel we are at the stage where we can focus on growth - team size of 2 - some less relevant since not doing enterprise deals - 2 conferences per year to connect with users & potential users (FarCon + Devcon) - cofounder sync daily with 1:1 checkin weekly - don't care about competitors - prioritized being nice, sleep and exercise

Some new user onboarding feedback and observations on Farcaster / Warpcast from volunteering at the Farcaster Impact Booth at Devcon - newcomers were confused why there was normally a sign up fee to try out the app and found it unappealing. Also didn't understand why it was Warpcast and not Farcaster they were downloading - lots of people had Warpcast downloaded but never really used it. Had heard people say they dropped off when they didn't know anyone, didn't understand its appeal over Twitter, or felt it was an echo chamber - things that resonated when I introduced people to why I liked Farcaster: channels are like Reddit + Twitter since I can see a feed of just a specific topic or location and connect with people that have similar interests, showed the ability to do onchain transactions within a frame from a post (obvious Twitter can't do anything like this natively), it's permissionless to build on so we don't have to worry about API access getting cut off
