Can you recommend a good quality frying pan? 🙏 I'm really tired of the ones that get destroyed after a couple of months

Your problem is using nonstick at high heat and for all of your cooking. Use nonstick only on things that really need it ie eggs. Get a good quality steel pan don't cheap out and a cast iron. They will last a lifetime.
