Any pillow recommendations? I have a lot of sleep issues so want to optimize for a really good pillow now that I'm finally settled after nomading (I sleep on both sides and back)

I have the tempur pedic pro-hi but I recommend going to an actual pillow / mattress store to try out what works for you 😅

Go for a natural latex fill, breathable, just the right amount of support, and you're breathing in chemical fumes from foam or feather bleaching all night We have a few of these at home, highly recommend (little messy initially to fill though) https://sleepingorganic.com/product/100-natural-shredded-latex-pillow/

I use a memory foam cooling pillow from Amazon. Its about 13cm tall. Best sleep ever. IKEA has very good ones as well which I bought recently. They have short ones like 10cm and I think a 15cm. Short is good for laying on your back

I think it's a very personal choice. I use a medium-low tempur pillow that I like. Just enough height to support back and side but nothing more than that.

I like my “Purple Pillow,” very much I don’t like pillows to be too thick, or fluffy, it’s just the right height for me and i sleep mostly on my sides, but it feels great on my back as well

I think the most important thing is to try them out yourself in the shops. Also look to invest in a good mattress, maybe you just need a firmer (softer) mattress.

I too had struggled for years to find the perfect pillow. Been through them all it seems, and many mentioned here. My chiropractor recently said to try Pillow Cube. It's been freaking life-changing. It's literally a pillow in cube from and is perfect for side or back sleeping folk like myself.

Get a shredded foam pillow. You can take out or add foam as needed. Fine tune it until perfect! 👌

A thin pillow that won't swallow your head and cover your face and inhibit your breathing is key. Also, cold room, dark as possible, light exercise before getting in to bed, and reading a good light-hearted book (like a scifi or fantasy novel) have really helped me fall asleep quickly most of the time.
