Any pillow recommendations? I have a lot of sleep issues so want to optimize for a really good pillow now that I'm finally settled after nomading (I sleep on both sides and back)

Go for a natural latex fill, breathable, just the right amount of support, and you're breathing in chemical fumes from foam or feather bleaching all night
