soon this is what channel apps will look like on farcaster. oh wait, they might be a bit better though: - native transactions in the app (without middlemen) - moderators can launch, manage or curate permissionlessly h/t @gramajo.eth for the notif!

this thread has many imp points which deserve a thoughtful dialogue. - whether crypto txns/activity feed needs to be a first class citizen on warpcast or other frens apps and interfaces take care of it? - 3rd party apps on FC graph need to fight for distribution vs. warpcast the conundrum is real - building for the ecosystem vs. fighting your own battle (raise vc$, compete with WC) - if growth is the north star. either WC takes full responsibility of bulldozing forward (fast iteration) OR let 3p apps build new experiences/vectors to bring net new users. For the latter, 3p devs need to be set up for success. - if Warpcast feed is the breeding ground for growth and app frames are the most imp lego for 3p devs. https://warpcast.com/phil/0x2dc06624

Cura will help channels launch their own apps on Farcaster. using the new app frames (mini apps) spec, we'll help channel moderators grow their channels by building meaningful experiences for their community. So far 200+ channels tried Cura, this morning 100 channels already signed into cura to manage their channel. building cura using /openrank thia week was about focussing on users benefiting from channel leaderboards and curated feeds. cura dashboard for channel mods, feature wise, is in a stable state, 157 channels use it, want all channels to try and benefit from it.
