a big catalyst for me to get focus time and achieve a state of flow is music. there's something amazing and paradoxical about music (even with lyrics) bringing a sense of calm and removing the background noise in the mind. over the years i've curated a playlist that works for me (thx spotify!) on to the next song..

15 yrs later, context and feels are same same but different. eye of the tiger is my timeless go to song to sum up founder emotions. 1 out of 7 days u (may)feel successful/great, but for the rest, u gotta be ready to take a beating and a will to survive. one of many embarrassing ‘whats on your mind’fb status 🙃

great to see quick changes - feed is def much better @v is there a plan around an open-source/protocol level effort for tackling spam? happy to share our work, get feedback from @akshaan @cmlad.eth as they work on this effort we've created APIs and tools for devs to solve similar problems - docs ready this weekend
