Any pillow recommendations? I have a lot of sleep issues so want to optimize for a really good pillow now that I'm finally settled after nomading (I sleep on both sides and back)

I don’t like pillows to be too thick, or fluffy, it’s just the right height for me and i sleep mostly on my sides, but it feels great on my back as well
