Any pillow recommendations? I have a lot of sleep issues so want to optimize for a really good pillow now that I'm finally settled after nomading (I sleep on both sides and back)

I use a memory foam cooling pillow from Amazon. Its about 13cm tall. Best sleep ever. 

IKEA has very good ones as well which I bought recently. They have short ones like 10cm and I think a 15cm. Short is good for laying on your back
