Did a megaformer workout this morning for ski prep after 1.5 years break, a few thoughts: - no longer have wrist pain after 4 months 2x/week hot yoga - understand why fasterpace remix exists - In SF no one went to classic Pilates even back in 2017 but there is still a lot of Pilates demand in nyc in 2025 - sore as hell and I said fuck 3000 times during the class (silently) but I’m back at it babe

I used to wonder what’s the point of meetings when most things can be taken offline. Now I see conflicts are entertaining and there is no right or wrong but pros and cons. The firmer people stand in debates the more fun there are.
