It looks like a deserted barracks where you eat in a cafeteria. This is the living quarters for people working there (I know many). It’s extremely unappealing and most people who work there just leave their families in dubai and visit on the weekends. The pay is amazing of course but productivity is minimal due to poor project management. If you have a shit passport though (like South Africa) might as well use it as a visa bridge I suppose? This will never appeal to Americans.

If that’s where the rich want to be it’s a win win imo. Where is the giant walls of glass? I feel sorry for the rest of the country having their sovereign wealth fund being destroyed by another ill conceived vanity project. Maybe finish Jeddah tower first. 🤷🏻‍♂️
