i prefer korean pork katsu to japanese since it tends to be more flavorful, and they always make it super thin this katsu was bigger than my head and the meat was well marinated and juicy. also the sauce was a bit sweeter, inspired by - korean fried chicken sauce (양념치킨) only $19 too

the thing i love most about airbnbs is the unique culture/vibes. for example, this neighbor's dog has been barking nonstop for 90 minutes. you just can't get that kind of authentic local experience in a hotel 😌
