Shame, it can be debilitating, sorry. Used to have a ton of lower back pain. Got a quality foam roller and youtubed practices. Did it in the am, midday, and pm for 10 mins at a time...Pain literally disappeared in days!! Updated desk chair and haven't had pain in years. Hoping this might help.

Acupuncture changed my life. I was disabled for two years before I started. It took two months of it before I noticed much of a difference, but my doctor told me to give it 12 sessions, one day I woke up and I could walk totally normally.

I struggle with the same -- especially lower back chair. 2 weeks ago, I got kneeling chair on a friend's recommendation, so far, it has been great. Try with the cheapest one to try it out first. If it works for you, you can buy an expensive one.

Last summer my bed was broken and my back hurt, so before I bought new bed, for me helped from yoga - cat asana. It’s from past past time when I had personal yoga trainer who helped me to restore after heart attack https://youtube.com/shorts/2of247Kt0tU?si=_lcSUnPm3JHtov2D

Oof. Depends a lot on the source of the pain. If nothing works be sure to see someone. There are so many reasons backs can be painful. Blessings.

1. Improve sleep position (pillow under knees or between knees). 2. Try massage therapy or use a foam roller. 3. Stay hydrated to support muscle and spinal health.

So sorry, you can try taking some pain relief then get enough rest. If it persists then you can go see a doctor. Please stay safe 🤍
