In like 2009 I used to do this party with a bunch of different hosts from different NYC party scenes. There were some art school kids from SVA, there were these kinda goth rocker types, there were some bottle service bros and models hanging about. Amanda Lepore was one of the hosts so you had the gay crowd too and it was magical and I probably made out with a dozen babes every night. I rarely brought anyone back with me, that wasn’t the point. It was just fun to be alive and kiss your hot friends and I wish Gen Z folk could experience that.

I took a photo of professional wrestler Jeff Hardy. The Hardy Brothers were two of my favorite wrestlers back in the day and it was cool to work on a story about Jeff for LA Weekly. I have never photographed Matt Hard, but weirdly enough I have been in his house and met his kids because I photographed his wife.
