Definitely check out Dr. McGill’s work for low back pain @aaronrferguson. One thing I heard him say on a podcast that’s stuck with me is “first, you have to stop insulting your back” meaning try to maintain good posture, use your legs instead of bending your back, etc I’d also recommend taking more frequent movement breaks during the day. Try to walk around or at least do some jumping jacks or other full body movement every 30 minutes or so. And definitely take a break if you feel your back starting to hurt
