1. Definitely the fact I feel stronger, faster, and more resilient, and therefore less prone to future injury. This is especially crucial now in my lates 30s, after more than 15 years of being a desk-jockey; call it "preventative measures".

1. 3 is a close second. I don’t see how you can be a founder or work in startups without some sort of work out regiment. It’s such a mental block release and improves stress and mental health for me x100.
