3 (Mental Health) but certainly 1,2 closely follow. I pick 3 because if I stop it's what feels the most impacted that I care about.

1. Definitely the fact I feel stronger, faster, and more resilient, and therefore less prone to future injury. This is especially crucial now in my lates 30s, after more than 15 years of being a desk-jockey; call it "preventative measures".

Equal tie between 1, 2, and 3. They’re all important. I want to live until 100 so I need good physical and mental health. Looking great is awesome too. Combined, they help me see and feel my progress and keep me motivated. And forget 4, I stopped caring what people thought about me a long time ago!

1, 2, and 3 - really depends but i think lifting weights is definitely 2 and anything else is 1 and 3, regardless of the exercise, it all helps 3

1 Then 3 And 5: competing with myself over time (also against some of my peers, I will lie if I told you I don’t look at their PBs)

1 3 (mental health) is coupled with 1 (physical health), so they’re basically tied for me.
