in retrospect, pumpfunomics are as memetic as WSB, however bitcoin still is the most powerful meme of crypto, and WSB is almost entirely known for the gamestop squeeze. in both cases, "holding against the opps" dominated the mindshare. fungible NGU is not enough. insignia and coherent context is not enough. need the primitives of an "autonomous campus", like insignia accounts that can ragefork.

all memecoin admin powers should be formalized as Harberger NFTs. there should be a guaranteed inflow of underlying to future value. (e.g. ETH tax to split treasury for issuing L1/L2, memecoin for memechain, etc) secure ROI should include all possible time preferences, and it should force goals by cycling admins on immutable codeslaw.

https://x.com/pridesai/status/1895944068368384210 crypto is generally downstream of fiat in shades of legitimacy, because it's the incentive of last resort (in monetary collapse). it's not inferior, but it can only be as legitimate as the incentives codified in front of it, or the liquidity. I think a devil's advocate point needs to be made for low-float, annually-issued memecoins. this doesn't need a limiting principle, but rather a forcing principle, and imho there hasn't been any successful attempts at standardizing "the dev"/core. at some point, the basic facets of CTO should be enshrined for a vibe closer to Proof of Work. part of Bitcoin's appeal is how much was burned over time through misadventure, unendingly. I wonder if it would be appealing to demonstrate how much is initially locked to goals into the future, with tranche-shunting as well as slashing.

upon reflection, I didn't think I would have such an anticipation for exciting developments a decade ago. back then, it felt more like a game of offline coasting to consume the online story of the week, each year being a sort of stanza of weekly blips. what life has taught me in the past couple of years is to not take weeks for granted, and I suspect that in a few months I will be just as cherishing of daily cycles, with each month being as much a "chapter" as young me would have considered a decade of adulthood maybe lurking on the internet for decades led to a personal sense of activism, but being in a community and seeing hope, changing the environment, it just makes me more appreciative that all of you are heating up the poeticism of life. internet counterculture was sloppy and complacent, yet we're in this sort of baroque rollercoaster, subdividing our voice and harmonizing in profoundly intricate ways. sure, it's lossy and messy, but timeline acceleration is a delight of a carpool.
