On the importance of Zone2 training as the majority of the time spent training. This is the graph since I restarted running in 2022. More green and yellow is good. Red zones are when I'm training for specific races. (end of 2022 I got an injury 😢)

2nd (of 4) week for the 10k training plan is over. The 3x3000 was brutal, this is why the other days are "easy". Next week includes a 5x2000, let's see how it goes

Started a new training plan this week for a 10K (race in 4 weeks). So far so good. Today's training was the toughest of the week. For lunch I ate 5 dishes of spaghetti meatballs (one of my favourite) 🤩 Carbs + proteins, perfect to recover... let's see how many hours of digestion I need to absorb them 🤣

Any known issue with DC? Me and @geoffgolberg are trying to write each other, we see the notifications of new DC messages but then we don’t see the message in the chat. It appears only after a new message is sent by the other person. /cc @cassie
