Runners' Time Dilation Theorem: when you perform reps of equal distance, the time in the faster rep seems to pass slower and the time in the slower rep seems to run faster. The effect is multiplied as the pace gap between the reps widens 🤣 yes, today was hot and I had the bad idea to try a 5x1000 @ 4:00/km (rec 1000 @ 5:00/km) and my mind started thinking of Einstein Relativity like I was having visions...
