With all these “wowow” moments of LLMs building whole apps for people as MVPs, how does one “take over” and maintain such creations as a product? Or do y’all just set Cursor on autopilot and let it fuck around with code and Vercel deployments on your behalf?

My first job was washing dishes at a holiday park in Wales. It paid a measly $8/hr and I lived with my gf in a caravan. My first tech job was designing and developing e-commerce software for small businesses, and paid $20k/yr (before tax), living with my friends so I could afford to commute 3hrs each day.

working at a pre-PMF startup requires a change in perspective when it comes to quality. you can't afford to ship everything 95% polished, because you can't afford to invest that much effort in ideas which are likely to flop ship as much quality as it's possible, but not much more until you find PMF. then go WILD
