1. Depending on how you feel about oats I usually mix in a scoop to mine, some pb fit powder, a little natural honey and you're set. 2. Shaker cup, water, protein. Zero taste, pure function.

hardboiled eggs are my goto. when I was actively competing and more interested in meal planning, i'd cook beef or chicken twice a week, and eat it for a couple days.

Makes sense, plus not cleaning the shaker correctly makes it smelly. Haven't figured out a different way, tho. It is lowkey kind of pleasing to take your time to drink the supplements, I take them instead of a coffee to start the morning.

For years I tried to make a healthy shakes but wasn’t consistent, a month ago I just gave up and started buying premade protein shakes. Immediately drink one after every workout. So much easier and I finally started putting on the (lean) weight I had wanted.

I recently started buying packs of the individual serving pre-made muscle milks for exactly this reason. 0 sugar, 32g of protein. Not the most cost effective strategy, but saves time each morning while trying to get a 1 y/o out the door.
