I like eccentrics to knock off rust... use both arms/legs to lift the weigh, but lower with only one.. slowly and under control.

I switch it up & do a modified version of the happy body (https://thehappybody.com/) alternating between that & strong lifts (aka 5x5, https://stronglifts.com/5x5/) I've tried dozens of different programs over a couple decades of working out & I like these two the most because they take the least amount of time do.
