I am trying to stop my reflex to hit the bird app and come here instead - any good tips to break that habit?

Robert Cialdini’s book, “Influence” is the most influential book I’ve ever read. I re-read it every few years…

Fun fact: Charlie Munger liked the book so much he sent Cialdini a thank you note and a share of Berkshire A stock then worth $75,000!

The amount of experimentation on this app is incredibly exciting.

When retail comes back to crypto later this year and realize that they can earn money by creating quality content/engagement here, things will really escalate quickly

Took the plunge and bought some $SOL (never owned it)

First time I’m venturing out of $BTC, $ETH and #NFTs for more than 6 months.

At ~$6bn market cap and what feels like max FUD (down 95% ATH) R/R looks compelling. 

Phantom is super slick too…

The number of SpaceX ads I’ve seen on the bird app has increased by ~10x in the past week. Advertisers must be leaving in droves…

Funny how all those acquaintances who wanted to, “pick your brain about crypto” this time last year are the ones with smug looks on their face now saying, “I told you so”.

They’ll all be back in my inbox once $ETH hits $10k later this decade…

I haven’t owned a television for nearly a decade. The bird app has been my daily ritual/addiction. 

The algorithm is addictive due to variable rewards but I’d like more control depending on my mood.

Eg: leaning in (learning/thinking) vs leaning out (mindless scrolling/shit posting)

As much faith as I have in Elon, it’s inevitable that a decentralized alternative will supersede the bird app.
