I took probably the cheapest creatine I could find for a while about 24 years ago. Got absolutely ripped in no time at all. Can't guarantee it didn't contain heinous fillers, but medical professionals recently praised the quality of my liver and kidneys. So, blind choice is probably fine. #notadoctor
