A study from Karolinska Institutet shows that Alzheimer's progression varies based on brain protein levels. Those with high amyloid-beta (Aß) and tau levels suffer more memory loss, while Aß-positive only cases have milder symptoms. think we need something like an 'active badge' to get comments from low-follower accounts in others' notification bars? not saying we need to show a badge, but there should be a minimum threshold (like a certain follower count) so we're not reporting a bunch of bots with under 20 followers every day

"Notifications burnout" new word that i heard lately refer to the overwhelming feeling of stress or exhaustion caused by receiving too many notifications from devices, apps, or digital platforms. and those little stressors it causes lead to fatigue, kill creativity, and mess with focus. so what can do ?
