think we need something like an 'active badge' to get comments from low-follower accounts in others' notification bars? not saying we need to show a badge, but there should be a minimum threshold (like a certain follower count) so we're not reporting a bunch of bots with under 20 followers every day

This is a good idea. Also, I think after the moxie thing and the fact that replying has come with getting moxie،  has hurt the social spirit of warpcast and it's brought the warpcast community down.
