A study from Karolinska Institutet shows that Alzheimer's progression varies based on brain protein levels. Those with high amyloid-beta (Aß) and tau levels suffer more memory loss, while Aß-positive only cases have milder symptoms. Future research aims for easier tests through blood and cerebrospinal fluid analysis to enhance personalized treatments https://www.nature.com/articles/s41380-024-02672-9
