Isn’t your product designed to create viral ads on TikTok? Shouldn’t you be using your product to bootstrap marketing? Also, referral bonuses

I would create an ICP (ideal customer profile) based on your existing customer base. They're buying for a reason, reel.farm does a job that they need doing; it's not just features. If you speak with your existing customers and do some customer discovery, there's an unlock in there as to why they're buying. Once you understand this, you'll be able to market real.farm with confidence. I wouldn't spend a dollar until you know why they buy and how you can reach them on X.

Get a booth at every conference that has my target customer in attendance. $25K could support about 2 majors, or 4 minors. In over a decade of b2b saasing, conferences were the only thing that moved the needle.

You could target small influencers, but first I would create an affiliate program. Make your users your sales team.

Reduce churn. Find automation through some personal assistants. Put it into autopilot. 1. Is there room to grow in your existing market? 2. Is there an adjacent accessible market? 3. Can you upsell your existing customers on a new feature set or separate product? Also, take some profit. It doesn’t last forever :)

i don't really believe much in advertising but maybe a referral program would be helpful depending on the profile/networks

have you tried offering an affiliate program? also- try reaching out to youtube influencers and see if you can pay them to feature you (assuming their target audience fits yours)

Have you read Traction? The basic mindset in the book is that one distribution strategy only takes you so far and you always have to find the next one. 80% of your time maximizing current and 20% searching for next. So use the 25k to find your next. Maybe that means hiring someone to handle current marketing, maybe it means paying for a booth in a conference, maybe it means running ads. The book lists something like 25 traction categories to explore.
