Maybe this doesn't count but it's so widely used....Wordpress. Just a digusting mess. +1 to Salesforce as well and car touchscreen. Maybe not the worst ever but I hate Finder on OSX and a lot of the default apps for OSX in general

Most ebanking by large institutions are terrible. Sonos is bad. Samsung Smartthing is bad too. Metamask iPhone app is so slow and drains so much battery it's nigh unusable.

CashPro from BofA. Its a check submission service but it goes down all the time. Its amazing to me how a billion dollar financial institution can put out such a shit tier service and stay in business.
