A soda stream was one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. Plus an adapter to hook up to 5lb co2 tank = nearly infinite cheap soda water. If you drink soda water you will not regret it. Seriously.

There is magic in volume. It's why James Clear/Scott Adams promoted systems over goals. Systems allow you the space to succeed without judgement. It's why compounding interest works. It's why authenticity works, it allows more reps with less worry about outcomes. It's why fun works. A lot of *anything* is powerful.

How do you make sure what sensors are reporting is accurate/real? (if I'm understanding what you want to do correctly, I could always be wrong!) I feel like you would need separate redundant secure measurements, I guess?

In the early 1900's the former glorious Sears company sold homes out of a catalog. A bit like a big-ass Ikea project. Two railway cars full of lumber and materials would arrive, and you would put it together yourself. Many homes in the catalog were priced anywhere from $1000 to $2000 dollars.
