❄️day 4 of fitcember❄️ HOW IS YOUR BALANCE? today’s workout is all about testing your balance! balance training is a core element for many pro athletes, we use bosu balls to help with ankle stability, and do these types of body weight exercises for glute activation and ultimately it really helps to prevents injuries. so give these exercises a try and test your balance! we will be revisiting the balance exercises next week to see if there is any improvement! Day 4 of Fitcember - Balance Lateral leg lifts 5 reps each side Single Leg RDL 5 reps each side Single leg foot taps 5 reps each side 4 rounds as slow as possible w/ good form The Romanian dead lifts were very tough for me. My feet are weak apparently and I know I’m going to wake up tomorrow morning totally sore yet ready to go, Naomi!

Fitcember Day 4 ✅ After completing a 15 minute Peloton glutes and legs strength class I tacked on these movements to finish off my workout. One way to modify the RDLs is not using weights for people who aren’t ready for them or don’t have them available.
