❄️day 4 of fitcember❄️ HOW IS YOUR BALANCE? today’s workout is all about testing your balance! balance training is a core element for many pro athletes, we use bosu balls to help with ankle stability, and do these types of body weight exercises for glute activation and ultimately it really helps to prevents injuries. so give these exercises a try and test your balance! we will be revisiting the balance exercises next week to see if there is any improvement!
