❄️day 4 of fitcember❄️ HOW IS YOUR BALANCE? today’s workout is all about testing your balance! balance training is a core element for many pro athletes, we use bosu balls to help with ankle stability, and do these types of body weight exercises for glute activation and ultimately it really helps to prevents injuries. so give these exercises a try and test your balance! we will be revisiting the balance exercises next week to see if there is any improvement! Fitcember Day 4 ✅ After completing a 15 minute Peloton glutes and legs strength class I tacked on these movements to finish off my workout. One way to modify the RDLs is not using weights for people who aren’t ready for them or don’t have them available.

Good form on those RDLs 🙌🏽 Also, great very slow methodical pace on the lateral leg lifts.
