❄️day 4 of fitcember❄️ HOW IS YOUR BALANCE? today’s workout is all about testing your balance! balance training is a core element for many pro athletes, we use bosu balls to help with ankle stability, and do these types of body weight exercises for glute activation and ultimately it really helps to prevents injuries. so give these exercises a try and test your balance! we will be revisiting the balance exercises next week to see if there is any improvement! Day 4 of Fitcember - Balance Lateral leg lifts 5 reps each side Single Leg RDL 5 reps each side Single leg foot taps 5 reps each side 4 rounds as slow as possible w/ good form The Romanian dead lifts were very tough for me. My feet are weak apparently and I know I’m going to wake up tomorrow morning totally sore yet ready to go, Naomi!

yess!! really good work jerry, slow is great for really activating your muscles, i would suggest with the SL RDL to have a little more knee bend on the leg on the ground if that makes sense, that should make it easier too!! and hopefully you're not too sore and today is leg day.... oops!
