On a scale of 1-10, how judgy do you think you are of other people? And do you consciously try to judge less?

Depends on the dimension. I can be exceptionally, excruciatingly judgy in some ways but very tolerant in others. I see no reason to correct this

I might be about a 4. Sometimes, in my head, still very judgy. But, I have been trying, successfully, to judge less. Mostly because it makes my life easier and less stressful. But also because being judgy is about measuring people against your norms and values, and the biggest question then is: what makes those the most valid norms and values? Why are they better than those of others? So, if I leave others be, I don't have to worry about all that.

I instantly judge everyone and then accept them as they are. So I guess I am a 10? IMHO It’s not the judgement that’s bad, it’s your reaction to the judgement. So just don’t react to it by accepting it and it’s ok

Now max a 3. I don’t know them. Why? Zero expectations from anyone. But if something feels not right I smell it from distance. Too many years in the game 😂

I'm a 7 when it comes to judging actions themselves. When it comes to judging people's souls/motivations I'm basically a 1 and start from the assumption that people 'know not what they do' when they do something wrong.

I have periodically become less judgemental of people when I have come to understand that people do things mainly for their benefit for a course.

I don’t know but this reminds me when I was a teenager and wanted stuff, I used to say to my parents, I want this because everyone else have it. My parents would reply so what that others have it? If others are jumping from the bridge are you going to follow them too?! lol But I wanted to say that for me I was very influenced from the way my parents judged, however today I tend not to think it too much for people. Kind of giving a benefit of doubt on situations.
