On a scale of 1-10, how judgy do you think you are of other people? And do you consciously try to judge less?

Depends on the dimension. I can be exceptionally, excruciatingly judgy in some ways but very tolerant in others. I see no reason to correct this

Only if it manifests as negative energy inside of you, then it’s better to release it
