Hey foodies! Tonight, I whipped up some Air-Fried Chicken with “Jim-Jaew” Sauce—think Thai-style grilled chicken that’s easy and super tasty! Marinate: 1. Grab those chicken thighs and marinate with oyster sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and pepper. Pop it in the fridge for 30 mins to overnight. Fry time: 1. Air fry skin-side down at 160°C for 15 mins. 2. Flip and cook at 160°C for another 15 mins. 3. Crank it up to 200°C for 5 mins to get that golden brown crust! Sauce magic: 1. Mix tamarind paste, sugar, and fish sauce in a hot pan until it thickens up nicely. 2. Stir in chopped shallots, coriander, and ground roasted rice. And there you have it—a Thai delight that’s ready to devour! Happy cooking and enjoy!

Hi guys, I’ve been really focused on healthy eating and safe cooking lately. I’m in the market for a non-toxic pan, so Teflon is definitely out. I’ve tried cast iron and stainless steel—both are great and non-toxic, but they’re a pain to cook with and maintain. Now, I’m curious about ceramic pans. Do any of you use them? How do they perform? Has anyone come across any toxicity concerns with them? Has anyone found any research indicating toxicity in ceramic pans?

Main Ingredients: - Skin-on salmon - Lemon - Wasabi - Cream - Chopped garlic - Chopped onion How to cook: 1. Make the sauce: Sauté chopped garlic and onion in butter until caramelized. Add cream, lemon juice, wasabi, salt, and sugar. Mix well and cook until slightly thickened, then set aside. 2. Sear the salmon: Season the salmon with a bit of salt. Heat your pan until hot, place the salmon skin-side down, and cook until the skin is golden brown. Flip and cook for a couple more minutes until you have perfectly cooked salmon. 3. Hey foodies! Today, I want to share one of my best prawn dishes: Fried Prawns with Pepper Garlic Sauce. It’s a true Thai favorite! How to cook: 1. Fry chopped garlic until crispy and golden brown, then set aside. 2. Make the sauce by adding oyster sauce, soy sauce, chopped garlic, pepper, and sugar. Sauté well. 3. Dip prawns in flour and fry until golden brown, but don’t overcook them. 4. Mix the cooked prawns with the sauce, then sprinkle the crispy garlic on top. And there you go! One of the most popular seafood dishes in Thailand, ready to enjoy! Happy cooking!
