Hey foodies!

Tonight, I whipped up some Air-Fried Chicken with “Jim-Jaew” Sauce—think Thai-style grilled chicken that’s easy and super tasty!

Marinate:

	1.	Grab those chicken thighs and marinate with oyster sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and pepper. Pop it in the fridge for 30 mins to overnight.

Fry time:

	1.	Air fry skin-side down at 160°C for 15 mins.
	2.	Flip and cook at 160°C for another 15 mins.
	3.	Crank it up to 200°C for 5 mins to get that golden brown crust!

Sauce magic:

	1.	Mix tamarind paste, sugar, and fish sauce in a hot pan until it thickens up nicely.
	2.	Stir in chopped shallots, coriander, and ground roasted rice.

And there you have it—a Thai delight that’s ready to devour!
