Hey foodies! Today, I want to share one of my best prawn dishes: Fried Prawns with Pepper Garlic Sauce. It’s a true Thai favorite! How to cook: 1. Fry chopped garlic until crispy and golden brown, then set aside. 2. Make the sauce by adding oyster sauce, soy sauce, chopped garlic, pepper, and sugar. Sauté well. 3. Dip prawns in flour and fry until golden brown, but don’t overcook them. 4. Mix the cooked prawns with the sauce, then sprinkle the crispy garlic on top. And there you go!
