Bryan Johnson got a 100% sleep score for 6+ consecutive months, but he’s obviously an outlier I usually need some combination of melatonin and THC to hit a high 90s score. Also room temperature needs to be ~68, anything over 72 and I’m cooked

My 8 Sleep has had me at 100 for 5 of the past 7 nights. I don’t put any stock at all in sleep scores bc they are essentially garbage (see Andy Galpin on Tim Ferriss about this), but I have felt pretty good

After many years of being well below 100 in the name of productivity, I now hit 100 regularly. Work is accomplished more quickly, and the dopamine distractions fueled by lack of sleep were cut out. That extra hour or 2 of sleep (and the 10 minutes of meditation) are incredibly high leverage. Don’t cheat them

i think my oura and eight sleep are wrong sometimes one shows 100% and the other doesn’t more often than not, my sleep is still shit
